Qenwa is a specialized online marketplace offering authentic electronics brands with exclusive deals and competitive prices. Focused on quality and value, Qenwa provides a seamless shopping experience, ensuring customers have access to trusted products at great prices. As a new player in a competitive market, Qenwa aims to establish itself as a reliable, customer-centric platform that prioritizes trust and affordability.

THE CHALLENGE

Launching Qenwa as a new online electronics store came with its challenges. The market is saturated with competitors, and changing consumer behavior regarding online shopping, especially for electronics, was crucial. Our challenge was to build trust and create a brand identity that resonates with customers, one that promises authenticity, meets their day-to-day needs, and offers exceptional value.

The Story Behind the Logo

The Qenwa logo was designed to reflect the brand’s core identity simplicity and trust. By merging an electronic power switch with a search button, we created a logo that symbolizes Qenwa as a go-to destination for electronics.

The logo is both modern and memorable, aligning with the brand’s mission of providing easy access to quality products. Yellow was chosen as the primary branding color to evoke positivity, trust, and energy, reinforcing Qenwa’s dynamic and customer-first approach.

INTRODUCING QENWA WITH A BIG TEASING CAMPAIGN

Our primary objective was to create a social media frenzy and make the name Qenwa go viral—without revealing what it stood for—adding an element of suspense! We crafted a highly engaging teaser campaign to spark curiosity around the question, "What is Qenwa?" This involved a series of provocative statements paired with eye-catching images and a core video designed to fuel the buzz.

To amplify engagement, we introduced a unique jingle and a targeted hashtag, generating significant conversation across social media platforms. The results were outstanding:

  • Over 455k video views
  • More than 11,300 Likes
  • Over 4,500 Comments

The campaign successfully built excitement and widespread awareness, making Qenwa a trending topic.

Influencer Marketing

Incorporating Influencer marketing significantly helped spread the interest of Qenwa’s name. We distributed personalized boxes, where each one carried a different statement from the teaser to raising more awareness during the phase.

Due to the massive reach of the teaser campaign, one of the most prominent influencers, Omar Zorba, reached out to collaborate with Qenwa. This led to the creation of several videos and posts during both the teaser and reveal phases. This unexpected collaboration was a direct result of the powerful impact of our campaign.

The teaser achieved impressive results, including:

  • Over 500K video views
  • More than 28K comments

Final Campaign Results

Key results achieved one month after the reveal:

  • Over $200,000 in online sales, a remarkable achievement for a newly launched brand.
  • A 55% increase in website traffic, driven by heightened interest and awareness.

Or as we like to call it, the turning point!
 
Our main goal was to create a social media buzz and to let the name Qenwa go insanely viral without letting anyone know what they did, just to add a bit of suspense! We successfully designed a teaser campaign by creating a hashtag and through social media designs.
 
To emphasize on the brand identity which is a fun, friendly and trustworthy, we used memes as well as sending out boxes for influencers that contained the Qenwa riddle to maximize the buzz.
OUR PRE-OPENING CONTENT MARKETING
After the teasing campaign that consisted of different videos and many creative ideas, our target audience were very eager and excited to know Qenwa’s story, so we created a video that explained to everyone what Qenwa is.
THE OPENING ADVERTISEMENT IDEA
For the opening idea, we wanted to be as creative as we can! So, we created a humorous video to tell people about Qenwa in our own way, and we told them about all the gifts and surprises that Qenwa had in store for them
