You may use this website only if you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. If you are using this website on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Any information on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed proposal, quotation, statement of work, order form, invoice, or written agreement issued by UBlac.
All service scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, payment terms, and acceptance criteria shall be governed by the specific proposal or contract agreed between UBlac and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement shall prevail.
All quotes, proposals, and estimates issued by UBlac are subject to change until accepted in writing or confirmed through payment, unless otherwise stated. UBlac reserves the right to decline any project, inquiry, enrollment, or order at its discretion.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, content, assets, access credentials, and any other materials required for delivery. UBlac shall not be responsible for delays, added costs, or reduced performance resulting from incomplete instructions, missing content, delayed approvals, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
The client is responsible for any bank fees, transfer charges, taxes, duties, or local charges unless stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all work includes only the number of revisions expressly specified in the applicable proposal or package. Any work outside the agreed scope, including extra revisions, additional pages, new concepts, rush work, or added deliverables, may be charged separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, drafts, strategies, training content, documents, presentations, source files, website structures, frameworks, systems, methods, copyrighted materials, Academy course materials, and eBooks created by UBlac remain the intellectual property of UBlac until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables expressly identified in the agreement may transfer to the client only to the extent stated in the agreement. UBlac retains ownership of all pre-existing know-how, methods, templates, tools, internal frameworks, portfolio rights, and educational materials.
Jordan maintains trademark and copyright administration frameworks, and it is standard to expressly reserve IP in website terms and digital content policies.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, UBlac may display completed work, client name, logo, project summary, visuals, or non-confidential excerpts in its portfolio, website, pitches, award submissions, social media, and marketing materials.
You agree not to:
UBlac Academy may provide online courses, recorded content, downloadable resources, certificates, workshops, eBooks, and other educational products. These are provided for personal or internal business learning use only, unless a separate enterprise or licensing agreement is signed.
Purchase of a course or eBook grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content for the permitted purpose. You may not reproduce, record, republish, resell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative commercial products from Academy materials or eBooks without written approval from UBlac.
UBlac reserves the right to update, replace, modify, pause, or discontinue any course, module, instructor, bonus material, or learning feature at any time.
Any certificate issued by UBlac Academy confirms completion only, unless expressly stated otherwise. It does not guarantee employment, business success, licensing, regulatory approval, or professional accreditation.
Some services, courses, websites, or deliverables may rely on third-party platforms, including payment gateways, hosting providers, learning platforms, plugins, integrations, analytics tools, video platforms, and communication tools. UBlac is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account suspensions, performance issues, pricing changes, or data practices outside UBlac’s direct control.
The content on this website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While UBlac aims to keep information accurate and current, it does not guarantee that all website content is complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
UBlac does not guarantee specific commercial results, rankings, revenue, lead generation, search performance, campaign outcomes, publication outcomes, media coverage, certifications, business growth, or learning results unless explicitly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UBlac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or related to the use of this website, any service, any course, any eBook, or any digital product.
Where liability cannot be excluded, UBlac’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user or client to UBlac for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UBlac, its directors, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful use of any UBlac content, service, or Academy material.
UBlac may suspend or terminate access to the website, Academy, downloads, accounts, or services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, misuse content, infringe intellectual property, or engage in harmful, unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent conduct.
Your use of the website is also subject to the UBlac Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and protected.
Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 regulates the processing of personal data, and Jordan has established a Personal Data Protection Directorate for oversight.
By submitting forms, accepting proposals digitally, enrolling online, purchasing through the website, or communicating electronically with UBlac, you agree that electronic communications, records, and approvals may be used for contractual and operational purposes, subject to applicable law. Jordan’s Electronic Transactions Law No. 15 of 2015 provides the legal framework for such electronic transactions.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
UBlac may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
