3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to UBlac services, retainers, workshops, UBlac Academy courses, eBooks, and digital products unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

1. Services

Deposits, booking fees, discovery fees, strategy fees, and milestone payments for services are non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, or delivery has commenced.

If a service is canceled by the client after work begins, UBlac shall be entitled to payment for all work completed, time spent, third-party costs incurred, and any non-cancellable commitments made up to the cancellation date.

2. Retainers

Monthly retainers renew according to the agreed term in the client contract. Any termination, notice period, or early termination fees shall be governed by the signed agreement.

3. Online Courses

Because online courses often provide instant access to digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except where required by law or where UBlac expressly states a refund guarantee on the sales page.

If a student accidentally purchases the same course twice, UBlac may, at its discretion, offer a credit, transfer, or refund upon verification.

4. eBooks and Downloadable Digital Products

All eBook and downloadable digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

5. Live Workshops and Cohorts

For live workshops, cohort programs, or scheduled training:

  • cancellations made more than [7/14] days before the start date may qualify for a credit or partial refund,
  • cancellations made within [7] days of the start date may be non-refundable,
  • no-shows are non-refundable.

UBlac may reschedule a session if needed. In such case, participants may be offered a transfer to the new date or another reasonable solution.

6. Refund Requests

To request review of a refund matter, contact [support email] with your order details, full name, purchase date, and reason. UBlac will review the request in good faith in line with this policy, the relevant sales page, and applicable law.

UBlac reserves the right to update platform structure, content delivery method, or account access requirements.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Shared logins are prohibited unless the purchased plan expressly permits multi-user access.

4. Academic Integrity and Conduct

Users must not misuse Academy spaces, harass instructors or learners, upload harmful content, infringe intellectual property, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the learning environment. UBlac may suspend access for misconduct without refund.

5. Recordings and Materials

All videos, slides, frameworks, documents, templates, worksheets, eBooks, prompts, and related course materials are protected content. You may not copy, record, distribute, upload, screen-capture for redistribution, republish, or resell them.

6. Community and Discussions

Where discussion areas, comments, or group spaces are available, users remain solely responsible for what they post. UBlac may remove content or suspend access where content is offensive, unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, misleading, or disruptive.

7. Certificates

Certificates may be issued based on completion criteria determined by UBlac. UBlac reserves the right to define or change such criteria. Certificates are evidence of completion only and are not a government, academic, or regulated professional qualification unless explicitly stated.

8. No Guarantee of Results

UBlac Academy content is educational in nature. We do not guarantee that any learner will achieve a particular income level, job placement, business result, qualification, campaign result, or commercial outcome.

9. Corporate Training

Where Academy content is licensed to a company, school, institution, or team, the specific commercial terms, seat limits, access period, reporting, confidentiality, and usage rights shall be governed by the relevant corporate agreement.
