Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to UBlac services, retainers, workshops, UBlac Academy courses, eBooks, and digital products unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
Deposits, booking fees, discovery fees, strategy fees, and milestone payments for services are non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, or delivery has commenced.
If a service is canceled by the client after work begins, UBlac shall be entitled to payment for all work completed, time spent, third-party costs incurred, and any non-cancellable commitments made up to the cancellation date.
Monthly retainers renew according to the agreed term in the client contract. Any termination, notice period, or early termination fees shall be governed by the signed agreement.
Because online courses often provide instant access to digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except where required by law or where UBlac expressly states a refund guarantee on the sales page.
If a student accidentally purchases the same course twice, UBlac may, at its discretion, offer a credit, transfer, or refund upon verification.
All eBook and downloadable digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

Certificates may be issued based on completion criteria determined by UBlac. UBlac reserves the right to define or change such criteria. Certificates are evidence of completion only and are not a government, academic, or regulated professional qualification unless explicitly stated.
